Job Summary

Reporting to the Emergency Director of Patient Care Services/Shift Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process.

• 8+ years ER experience
• California RN license
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS (New Grad only- within 3 months of hire/transfer)
• TNCC (New Grad only- within 6 months of hire/transfer)
• Must obtain National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) education module within 6 months of hire or transfer into unit and must maintain thereafter.
• ENPC and MICN per clinical ladder requirements
• CEN preferred
